Mr. Zabner is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Michigan, and The Florida Bar, the Los Angeles and Ventura County Bar Associations. He is the past President of the Conejo Valley Estate Counselors Forum, a founder of Wealth Counsel, LLC, and a sponsor of the National Study Group, - an advanced educational forum for attorneys, CPAs, and CFPs that meets quarterly in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Zabner is a lecturer on Wills, Trust and Estates for upper level students in the Business Law Department of California State University Northridge.
Mr. Zabner is the author of numerous articles on estate planning subjects including: Incentive Estate Planning: Transferring Wealth Without Ruining the Kids, published in Financial Planning Journal, and he is a co-author of Estate Planning with Family Limited Partnerships, a six‑volume practice Compendium for Attorneys, published by Wealth Enhancement Strategies, LLC, San Antonio, Texas. In addition, Mr. Zabner is a contributing author to Love, Money, & Control, Estate Planning Strategies for the 21st Century, which is scheduled for publication In June 2003 by Quantum Press, Denver, Colorado. He is a lecturer, teaching both basic- and advanced-level estate planning for The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and in the Business Law Department at California State University, Northridge.
